The VGA light shuts off after a restart and doesn't seem to influence anything beyond minor graphical issues.
These problems create a trail of whatever color was on the screen, sometimes leaving half of a section visible when scrolling, and these disappear after a few seconds. It hasn't happened after a restart.
I've replaced the GPU, verified all recommended steps for the AMD motherboard drivers. What might be causing this? Could be a false positive?

Specs
Radeon RX 7800 XT
Ryzen 5 7600F
ASUS WIFI B650-E
Crucial 32GB memory
Crucial NVMe drive

Edit
After restarting, frame rates have decreased overall. Previously 135 frames per second in one game, now around 70-60.

I solved the frame problem and the whole situation seems to be resolved too.
