Hey there, new builder! I just got all my PC parts and assembled them a week ago. It wasn’t simple, but thanks to plenty of YouTube tutorials, I managed to get it running. After five days of normal use—gaming and light 3D rendering—I suddenly stopped working. Now the PC won’t display on my screen. The fans are spinning, the CPU cooler is active, the GPU fans briefly activated for about five seconds before stopping (probably because it wasn’t hot enough), and the RGB lights work perfectly. On my motherboard, there are four small LEDs labeled CPU, DRAM, VGA, and BOOT. They light up in order and turn off until they reach VGA, after which they stay on for at least 20 minutes when I powered it down. Looking it up suggests my GPU might be misplaced or not being detected correctly. I’ve tried all three PCIe slots so far, even used my old GTX 1080 which worked fine in a previous build. I updated the BIOS with QFLASH and thought maybe a compatibility issue was the problem. I’m starting to notice some hair loss from stress, and I might have to pay a big sum to get a specialist to help. Appreciate any advice you can offer—I’ll be grateful forever!

After reviewing the troubleshooting steps, I believe it's time to return the product for replacement. A previous fix involving RAM replacement didn't resolve the issue consistently—it only worked occasionally. Additionally, my RAM failed on another machine while it waited for an RMA. It turns out my RAM wasn't listed in the QVL for my original board or the ASRock test board I used. Both machines are now functioning properly with RAM selected from the QVL list. You might try a CMOS reset first, but your problem appears to indicate a faulty GPU. Edited August 20, 2022 by An0maly_76 Revised, more info
I'm struggling to believe the GPU is broken since it's been running smoothly for five days without any problems. My GTX 1080 performs flawlessly on my old system but shows the same issue with my new GPU in my new machine. I'm not sure to rule it out entirely. Maybe try resetting the CMOS, though I haven't done that yet. Thanks a lot for your response!
