The variation in Wi-Fi performance
The variation in Wi-Fi performance
Purchased a new PC recently, and its Wi-Fi uses Wi-Fi 6. It currently offers about 50 MB/s download speed, whereas my previous PC with Wi-Fi 6 achieved around 500 MB/s. Does anyone know why there’s such a difference?
Steam install, identical version. Only one PC downloaded at once when I verified it.
Because it's connected to the internet, performance isn't always optimal. The fastest uploads usually happen when fewer people are using the service at the same time. (This applies to me after midnight.) Other things can also affect speed.
