I've been searching for a reliable way to rename your "user" folder. It seems tricky and risky—especially after reinstalling Windows, which restores it to its original state. I suspect the issue might be linked to the email associated with your Windows account. There are also settings on the control panel that aren't meant for me, so I can't modify them directly. Help would be greatly appreciated; I haven’t found a solution on Google yet.

Always be able to generate a new local user, then paste the data into it. This will cover all your browser info stored in Appdata. After confirming it works, delete the other account.
