It's typical for certain items to be hidden from regular access and won't appear when using select all->properties. You can try tools like TreeSize Free in admin mode to view the full list.

There is a portable option available; no installation required. Execute it with administrative privileges to reveal hidden files and folders that standard explorer settings miss. To reclaim space, consider removing everything except the most recent restore point, performing a disk cleanup, and relocating any downloads from the Downloads folder to another drive.
