He recently assembled a new gaming rig using the z790 UD motherboard from Gigabyte. The system includes an i5 12600k processor, a Gainward 4070 graphics chip, 16 GB of DDR5 RAM, and a PSU purchased from the same site where he bought the CPU and GPU combo. It runs on a 650W aerocool 80+Bronze case. USB connections are experiencing problems, with connectivity and input issues reported for both mouse and keyboard. All drivers are current, though one driver refuses to install the Intel I/O utility.

Verify if there are any BIOS updates available. Occasionally they release updates to resolve such issues.

The BIOS is set to version F7. You can check for updates in the BIOS section; it seems no fix is available for your problem.
