My device is a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3-15ACH6. Recently, the USB connections began malfunctioning, sometimes cutting out unexpectedly and requiring me to reinsert my mouse. I've tested various solutions: swapped in a different mouse, used another PC, cleaned dust from the laptop. The headphone jack remains functional. Could this be related to the USB cable or another peripheral issue?

Get the chipset driver for your device. After installation, restart your system. https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/produ...otherboard Devices (Backplanes, core chipset, onboard video, PCIe switches)&id=FB762CAD-DE8B-49C2-A04B-809B4958F608 If the process doesn’t work, update your BIOS.
