I began my computer setup and everything functioned properly. But once I launched an AMD application, a blue screen appeared. After the system rebooted, both the mouse and keyboard stopped responding. I tried connecting cables again and reinitializing the BIOS, though the keyboard and mouse still worked in that mode. I posted on this forum for assistance and hope someone can help.

Have you attempted to press the keyboard? More importantly, try launching in Safe mode.

I attempted to install another graphics card and boot in safe mode, but it didn’t help. I also tried hitting the keyboard repeatedly, as I’ve been trying to resolve this issue for three hours.

Open the 'device manager', remove every USB device named under "Universal Serial Bus Controller", and restart your computer. All USB drivers should reinstall automatically. Refer to the attached image for guidance.
