I tested my computer earlier and everything functioned properly, but when I powered it on the following day, both the keyboard and mouse stopped working. I assumed the issue was with the hardware itself, so I unplugged them and used them on a laptop where they operated correctly. However, they didn’t work on my PC in any port—only on another keyboard that worked fine in a different port. This situation is confusing because it happened unexpectedly, even though it was normal the previous night. If anyone has advice or can help, I would really appreciate it.
