Hi, I encountered an issue with my new Aorus Ultra X570 motherboard. The USB2.0 ports didn’t work initially, thinking it was a BIOS problem. After updating the BIOS, the issue persisted. I installed the AMD AM4 chipset driver from AMD and tried again, but after a second reboot, all ports disappeared. I performed a clean Windows 10 installation and started using the AMD AM4 chipset, yet the ports still didn’t appear. It’s a Corsair RXM850 motherboard, five years old, and I haven’t had any problems before. Recently, I posted about this on the forum, but now everything seems to work once. What should I do next?

Now that Windows is performing an upgrade, the mouse connected via the onboard USB 2.0 port lights up briefly during the installation and then fades away once you log in.
