On most devices other than my PC, download speeds vary between 7 and 15 MBPS. However, on the PC using both Ethernet and Wi-Fi, speeds drop to 250kbps or less. No solution has resolved the problem so far. Someone know what could be behind this?

It seems the problem might relate to your router or modem. I experienced a similar situation with my own modem—it only reliably provided 6 Mbps, whereas my plan expected 100Mbps. This could indicate an issue with your ISP's service. Do you own a separate modem, or is it supplied by your internet provider?

All devices are now working smoothly at decent speeds. Only the PC is experiencing slow or failed uploads via Wi-Fi or Ethernet. It appears to be using an ISP-provided modem.

Ethernet and WiFi performance shouldn't be affected equally at the same time, so it likely points to a hardware or driver problem. Have you verified that your network drivers are current for both devices? Also, did you confirm your motherboard's BIOS is up to date?

I've refreshed the MB bios and think the network drivers are up to date too. The dual update makes things a bit unclear for me, since if it's hardware-related I'd expect the Ethernet cable or port to be the problem. However, the Wi-Fi only works on this specific machine.

Check if your DNS server is fixed for both adapters. Are any VPN or torrent programs active on your PC during speed tests? There might be background processes using upload bandwidth, impacting wireless and Ethernet connections.
