The upgraded PC malfunctions following any BIOS adjustment.
I spent about five minutes checking it. I kept it outside the case first to test the components. The screen says CPU/DRAM isn't detected or failed. I’m confused because the PC works without touching the BIOS. I used MSI software to look at the fans, so now I think the main issue is RAM speed. Is there a way to adjust it in Windows? All the results I find mention BIOS. Otherwise I’ll accept the slower performance and try again later.
