Still thinking it might not be an issue even with a GPU, since similar problems appear in VLC, iTunes, and other non-game apps. Sure, you could change the registry settings to make it do more things, but why wait until after the release of all DX12-only titles? I won’t switch my operating system until I need to or really want to, because the newer OS is much better.
