Are you accessing the same App Store region (such as UK, US, Canada, etc.)? If you’re aware of what you’ve done, it can help us identify your specific situation. Generally, these changes occur in phases to distinguish devices, though they sometimes apply broadly. I also notice with Snapchat that some users receive updates ahead of others, even when the timing seems similar. Honestly, aside from a UI refresh, I don’t recall any new functionalities, so what you have now should function properly.
I checked the app store for feedback in my region, and I’m not alone in facing this problem. It’s a bit disappointing.
