The updated graphics card causes frequent system crashes.
I purchased a new MSI RTX 3060ti about six months ago. Initially, I encountered a blue screen when I first connected it. After enabling XMP settings and finally booting up, the system would still crash after roughly twenty minutes of gameplay. Despite replacing the old graphics card with the MSI GTX 1070 and upgrading the power supply to 650W, the issue persists. My previous card never had this problem. Could anyone help resolve it? Thank you.
Yes, that's why you request an RMA—it helps locate the problem or send a replacement. I get it could also be a CPU issue. That makes sense.
I reattached the power cable and put the memory back in place, yet the issue persisted. Also, could you confirm if timing differences in memory might cause further complications? Shanghai is currently closed for the entire city, and I’m unable to return the product.
