I possess a Ryzen 5900X with 32 GB DDR4 RAM at 3200 MHz, a 4070 Ti processor, a 2 TB NVMe SSD, and all necessary Windows 11 features activated. Despite enabling Secure Boot, UEFI BIOS, virtualization, and TMP, the update for Windows 11 23H2 remains unavailable on my system. I currently use Windows 11 22H2, but the newer version hasn't appeared either.
Because of a phased rollout, half of my devices have received it so far. We can always push the installation.
Install it forcefully without losing files. It seems you had a fresh setup around one month ago, but the version was 22H2.
Use the Installation Assistant on your active system. https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11
