Recently upgraded from a GTX 1080 to an RX 6900XT, and since then several issues have arisen. Notably, text appears poorly, especially in Chrome and dark mode, but also on some light mode websites and in iTunes. It displays correctly in File Explorer, WordPad, and Foxit PDF reader. I managed to improve the appearance by adjusting fonts in the Chrome settings, though not everything is resolved. After installing the card, I ran DDU to clear Nvidia software from the boot drive and added Adrenalin. Experimenting with Microsoft's ClearType also helped a bit. This marks my first experience with AMD GPUs; I've been using Nvidia since my first build five years ago. I’m unsure if there’s a specific setting in Adrenalin I missed or another configuration I haven’t considered over the past five years. Windows 10 22H2, Ryzen 7 5700G, Asrock X470 Gaming, K4, Fatal1ty, 4x8GB, 3200MHz, Trident Z RGB, DDR4, Radeon RX 6900 XT, MSI MAG271CQR, 27" 1440p, 144Hz gaming monitor.

Use your PC with the old card or just the CPU; your 5700G should handle it. Verify if the issue persists and ensure drivers and software are current.
I understood the issue, not the graphics card. It was the monitor settings. I refreshed MSI's control software and the chosen profile had sharpness at level 3 out of 5; switching it to 0 improved the display.
