It's mainly these tiny micro stutters I've been noticing. What I didn't say before was that it didn't sound right to me. I think about thoughts, which is how people talk about shows or YouTube videos. But if it were a game, it would be screen tearing. It's 6 a.m. now—I haven't slept in two days. Right now, I just need to fix my PC; I'm about to do a hard reset.

Microstutters happen when a component is slowing down. In the past, it was mainly due to insufficient RAM. To identify the problem, watch hardware usage and notice which parts are reaching maximum capacity. The GPU should consistently stay above 80%, while RAM or storage that are overused can lead to stutters.

none appears to face problems with the other. everything operates as expected, just like in a standard system.
