i built this pc two months ago and everything worked fine until one day i booted up the computer and tried to open a note pad.txt file, but got an error code 2015294222. someone please help me because i rely on my noteepad often.

An alternative might involve using Notepad++ or a similar tool. Have you considered executing "sfc /scannow" via the admin command line?
