Hey everyone, curious about why just one stick of RAM lights up. I'm using the G Skill Trident Z 3600 with 16GB RAM, Razer Synapse and the ARGB controller. I've seen both lights before, but only one sticks up. Is there a way to fix this?

It affected my important ballistix following a BIOS update. I had to reinsert the sticks to restore the glow.

I already rearranged my sticks a few days back, powered up my PC today and it felt great. Disappointing when it doesn't work, but amazing when it does.

It might help to reinstall the software as well.

The update didn't make a difference. Likely just need to reinsert again.
