Initial report here. Two of my keyboards aren’t responding with the numpad buttons 2, 4, 6, and 8. It only happens when the numpad is active or not. The models I’m dealing with are the K60 RGB Pro and Rii RK100+. My PC runs an i7-3930k on Windows 8.1.

Check if the keyboards function well on different machines or laptops. Ask if alternative keyboards perform adequately on your computer.

It seems there might be an issue with the operating system. Uninstalling any software related to the keyboard could help. Would that resolve the problem?

I attempted to apply the newest Windows 8.1 updates but they didn’t fix the issue. Would it help to turn off both the K60 and Rii 100K+ drivers?

Check if your system meets the requirements for Windows 10, or consider an in-place upgrade to achieve it.

Consider purchasing an affordable SSD with 256 to 512 GB capacity, disconnect the previous drive, set up Windows 10, and check if this resolves the problem.
