Hey guys. I own an MSI GT70 gaming laptop and have started to see that my Turbo isn't working properly. I used to notice a big performance boost when turning it on, but now it doesn't seem to function at all.

CPU: Intel Core i7 3630QM
VGA: Nvidia GeForce GTX 675MX / 4GB GDDR5
I've tried switching it on and off, but GPU-Z still shows the same numbers...

GPU Core Clock stays around 653.2 MHz and GPU Memory Clock at about 900 MHZ whether I enable Turbo or not.

Could anyone help me fix this? Any advice would be really appreciated.

Hey everyone. I own an MSI GT70 gaming laptop and have started observing that my Turbo isn't working properly. I used to see a performance increase when turning it on, but now it seems to be failing.

I've tried switching it on and off and using GPU-Z, but it still displays the same results...

Could anyone assist me in fixing this problem? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Consider trying Prime95 – GPU-Z doesn't trigger the turbo boost on my CPU, it just doesn't push it enough...

Consider trying Prime95; GPU-Z doesn't trigger the turbo boost on my CPU because it doesn't push enough stress. A full stress test with all threads would be better. Let me know if the turbo still won't activate.
