You can remove Windows 8 from your main drive and install Windows 7 using the USB drive. You’ll need to format the main drive before transferring, but since you have a second USB with Windows 7, you can install it there. Once installed, you can boot from that second drive and run Windows 7 as your operating system. Make sure to back up important data before proceeding.

It doesn't provide any explanation. You can attempt to run the command prompt as administrator by selecting it with elevated privileges and entering "slmgr -xpr" followed by pressing Enter.
