Removed the ASRock Z690-C/D5 from consideration since it lacks sufficient VRM for an 8P core CPU, particularly the 13700K. The other Z690 models in the list perform adequately. Z790 boards will support faster memory speeds and higher configurations, while the Z690-A Pro offers solid value for its price. Choose the most affordable option that meets your needs.
