ACE 52 CQB works well in most scenarios, not just niche situations that could give me a big edge later. The ACE 52 is simply a solid, versatile weapon. The SG553 is perfect for quick bursts of fire when you need it most.
I really enjoy the slower, higher-damage weapons. However, the issue with these in BF4 is that weaknesses like the AEK-971 can be balanced by strong recoil control. A player who masters an AEK is often just as precise as someone using a 52 ACE or SCAR-H, but they also deal more damage overall. It's not my ideal setup, but it reflects how the game has evolved.
