Dell G5 SE lacks XMP support. I previously shared details on notebookreview, hoping to gather more insights since I’m unsure how without XMP these are the optimal RAM speeds you can achieve. According to the Wikipedia page on DDR4 SDRAM, JEDEC standards suggest a CAS latency of 12.5 ms, making 3200MHz CL20 the top option (like the Kingston HyperX 3200MHz CL20). Yet, a Reddit user shared a sheet showing 2933MHz and CL17 timings (JEDEC/PnP), which seems contradictory. Which configuration offers the fastest RAM for the 4600MHz?

Avoid the G5 due to poor cooling performance. Consider the Lenovo Legion 5 or HP Omen 15 for better results.
