I have a 3400G system, but I still require a motherboard. The local availability is limited, with most items out of stock. Here are the options currently listed: MSI A320M-A PRO M2 ($80), MSI A520M PRO ($90), Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H ($84), MSI B450M-A PRO MAX ($100), ASUS PRIME B450M-K ($100), and Gigabyte B450M H ($100). I understand the B550 isn't compatible with your build, but is there a BIOS update for the Gigabyte B550M DS3H ($130) that could resolve this? Since I’m not in the US, all prices include taxes and shipping. Which one would be best for you? Thank you.

Which items have you purchased so far? The 3400g feels quite low quality, and I believe a 1200 + used prescription from 570/580 would have been more suitable.

You won't gain much benefit from the B550 in your 3400G setup—it's not worth it unless you require full Pcie4.0 speed. On newer CPUs, G-series processors don't support Pcie 4.0 on B550. I own this one, it works with my 5600 CPU, but nothing faster seems possible.
