My device is a Thinkpad E14 Gen 4 AMD that recently began experiencing issues with its battery. It suddenly drops to 0% and then rises again (watch the video). After some time at 0%, the system enters hibernate mode, even when the charger is connected. This occurred about a month ago; unplugging the battery resolved it until now. I purchased the laptop in August 2022 from Lenovo directly. The battery is configured to charge up to 80% and begin charging once it reaches 75% or lower. Hwinfo indicates a wear level around 6%. Otherwise, the battery functions normally except for this problem.

Normal refers to the expected usage duration when the device is not connected.
Make sure the battery is functioning properly before assuming a normal runtime.

I understand the approximate battery duration remains consistent.
