I bought a laptop from a seller who also sells other electronics, with excellent feedback ratings. The problem is that the device didn’t come with a Windows disc, so he eventually sent me a preactivated.iso file. Is this not acceptable? I considered complaining but decided to ask first before making a mistake.
It depends heavily on the ISO used. It could be incorrect or it might be valid. Check with him about the source.
