The screenshot indicates the CPU temperature hits around 75% as frame rates rise, causing crashes. This issue started about two weeks ago.

Possible issues with the water pump in the cooler or insufficient thermal paste application. Check the cooler for any running sounds. You may also remove the cooler from the CPU to verify proper paste distribution.

The document also mentions the included warranty details:
"DESKTOP STANDARD WARRANTY: 3 Year Labour, 2 Year Parts, 6 Month Collect and Return plus Life-Time Technical Support".

If you prefer not to disassemble the computer, you can have the seller assist with troubleshooting and repairs under warranty.
