I just found a really silly Windows 10 issue. My taskbar only moves left or right, not up or down on the screen. This is super frustrating because I have three monitors set up in NVDIA surround. To get the taskbar, I have to hover over the monitors, and it started working when I connected them in surround mode. I've already tried restarting my PC, but that didn't help.
