The Taskbar app preview is not functioning correctly.
Yesterday the previews in my taskbar appeared differently, but now they look much as in the second picture when I turned on the computer. This is really bothering me. (Reminder: I started in Safe Mode, adjusted power settings to high performance, checked Windows files, closed and restarted explorer.exe, and changed performance to Best Appearance, yet the issue remains.)
