I encountered an unusual Windows problem while adjusting the power management settings. This seems quite peculiar, but whenever I navigate to System settings and choose Power, the computer experiences strange stuttering and the mouse cursor jumps around instead of moving smoothly. All other system configurations remain smooth. In the control panel, the power plan is currently set to ultimate, and I've tried options like balanced and game turbo without any difference. Could you help identify what might be causing this? It’s not a critical issue, but it happened during checks for the new Nvidia driver related to GPU temperatures that stayed high after sleep or hibernation.

Windows 23H2 is the current version, but an update is required. The problem isn't critical; it was noticed during a review of my sleep/hibernate configurations for the new Nvidia driver, where GPU temperatures remained stuck after entering sleep or hibernate mode. It might be related to what's happening on your system.

Working on it still, lol the system refuses to update to 24H2... discovered some new issues, man. Tried using Windows Insider feature to get 24h2 data but couldn't install Windows 11 Insider Preview 10.0.26200.5562 (ge_release_upr). Error occurred: 0xc1900209
