The AMD site shows 5200MHz RAM as the upper limit. Did I purchase an item that won't work?

You can reach up to around 6400, but only if you use four sticks. It's odd that AMD claims a "6000MT sweet spot" yet only promises 5200.

It’s not really like that; they aren’t promising something the first-gen DDR5 controllers might struggle with, but a 6000mt would perform better.

They will function, but verify the QVL on your motherboard. I configured my BF's setup using a Corsair DDR5-6000 32GB package and a Ryzen 7700X, and it is operating correctly so far.
