I have an issue with my friend's PC. It sometimes powers off unexpectedly and I don't know how to fix it. On some days it runs all day without shutting down, while other times it keeps restarting repeatedly. I changed the CPU cooler to a better one, which lowered temperatures and crashes, but it still doesn't work. The GPU is an RTX 3070 OC by Gigabyte and the CPU is a Ryzen 7 5700X. The PSU is a 750-watt Gold model, but the problem persists. I'm not sure what might be causing it...

The precise model of the PSU is being sought. Frequent failures often stem from a defective PSU, which is why I'm inquiring. Have you attempted to reinstall Windows?
