I've noticed my computer shutting down unexpectedly several times recently. Usually it occurs infrequently—about once every few months—but today it happened three times in a row. My setup includes an Intel i5-13600KF processor and a Deepcool AG620 cooling unit. I suspect the issue might stem from thermal concerns, even though the CPU temperatures appear normal when checked via HWINFO64. During browsing with Firefox, temps rise to around 27°C, and Cinebench R24 scores stayed high at 1310. All crashes coincided with watching a YouTube video. Here’s what I observed: in Event Viewer, filtering for Kernel-Power events shows several ACPI thermal zone entries, including _AC0 at 353K, _AC1 at 328K, and others. The system rebooted cleanly after the incidents. Connectivity was lost during standby, possibly due to NIC compliance issues. Temperatures were stable in standby mode, but the crash logs from HWINFO64 didn’t reveal anything unusual. I reviewed Microsoft documentation on thermal zones, wondering if _TZD might be a peripheral device or if _D could represent a unique ID. Scanning the log with GenericLogViewer didn’t surface any overheating devices. This situation is puzzling—I’ve changed the thermal paste about eight months ago and still faced problems. I’m seeking advice on how to resolve this odd behavior. Thanks!

Weren't the 13k intels experiencing stability problems? Have you attempted to update the BIOS and rechecked?

The bios is the most recent update, with several adjustments made last year without significant modifications.
