Occasionally a window appears asking for login with an email I no longer possess, so I can request extra screen time or website access to my parents. I haven’t used family settings recently and had no issues before. My parents didn’t enable any feature, and when I mentioned wanting to sing, they asked for my old school address. I sent a recovery code to my new address and logged in there. When I try to enter, it brings me back to that same request screen. This only occurs on my home screen or in the Google Start menu, not during gameplay or while watching YouTube.
You might want to turn off Windows family features. Press the Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box. Enter "services.msc" and press Enter. In the Services window, scroll down and find the "Microsoft Family Features" service. Right-click it and choose Properties. Set the Startup type to "Disabled" and click Apply. Restart your computer and see if the warning still shows up.

It seems you were confused. Just signing in would have solved the issue. The problem was resolved eventually.
the issue has already been fixed (a ram error occurred). when i restart, i need to press the power button for about a minute before it boots up. afterward, it shows a blue screen, then restarts and displays another blue screen. after another restart, it either plays tv static or functions properly.
It would be best to reach out to Microsoft customer support for further assistance. I’m having trouble figuring it out on my own.
