I faced repeated crashes while playing cyberpunk and elden ring, so I thought about swapping the motherboard, CPU, and RAM. However, during setup, I managed to boot into BIOS only about once every five tries, and not at all when using all the RAM. Could there be compatibility problems with my CPU and RAM? Someone could help me identify the issue? To be clear, the system shows messages but rarely gives any signal. Usually, it stays on without a signal or, at best, boots into safe mode asking for BIOS settings and a boot drive. That’s the closest to normal operation I’ve seen, except when only one drive is installed.

Do you have a link to this RAM kit? Are the RAM slots A2 and B2 filled? How is the processor being cooled? Maybe lowering the pressure on your CPU cooler could help resolve the problem.

Do you have a link to this RAM kit? Are the RAM slots A2 and B2 filled? How is the processor being cooled? Maybe lowering the pressure on your CPU cooler could help resolve the problem.

Yes, the ram are seated in proper order (+ same issue happens when all 4 are populated)

bios version is.... i'll figure that out when i restart to loosen the heatsink a bit.
I didnt actually recycle it that windows version (i think you mean have it just attempt to fix the previous installation right?) so much as formatted the OS drive and used a fresh windows 11 installer tool via USB.

If your RAM operates at 6400MT/s, it could exceed the capabilities of the 7600X, which is "confirmed" to support up to 5200MT/s. Consider disabling XMP/EXPO/DOCP overclocking if active and revert to the standard JEDEC speed of 4800MT/s. You may achieve stable performance at 6000MT/s, but not at 6400MT/s.
