It might be related to your mouse, but it seems like your OS crashed unexpectedly after installing the latest updates for Windows 10 Pro. The GPU update took a long time and didn’t complete, which could have caused the issue.

If it's the GPU, updating won't work because it doesn't finish for any reason. I'm really frustrated right now and have school tomorrow—wanting to fix it before bed.

I faced the same issue before upgrading to Windows 10. Frequent freezes occurred. It seems some drivers might not be compatible with Windows 10 yet. Switching back to Windows 7 has resolved the problem, and it's been over a week and a half since then.
