It seems the system isn't starting correctly because the disk controller drivers weren't installed or loaded when you chose the disk. Using the provisioning ISO is recommended for a proper setup, or installing drivers directly on the install image. You haven’t addressed most of my questions—do you have the ILO? Or can you access it?
