Hey everyone, I'm having trouble getting my HP DLP360 Gen 10 SFF to boot properly. I've done a clean install of Windows Server 2022 in the datacenter setup, but it still doesn't start. The servers have a mix of storage devices—two 480GB Kingston and three 960GB Kingston drives. Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be super helpful!

HP typically comes with a preinstalled CD/DVD. Do you have an ILO integrated lights out card on your server? You should locate the ISO file for this CD on the HP website. Use your service tag or serial number to download the appropriate version. If you have ILO, you can mount it directly as well as the 2022 server ISO. Previously, ILO was only 100Mbit, which might cause delays, but it will eventually load and start the installation process. After mounting, select the server version to install.

What storage controller is installed? Are there any virtual RAID devices configured?

Your ILO card should display this information in the bios, and you should also be able to input the IP address. Alternatively, retrieve your MAC address and search for the corresponding IP through your DHCP service to identify it.

You typically obtain the ISO file from the HP enterprise support website.

I question if HPE offers any solutions not compatible with Windows Server. Unless specified otherwise (such as HP UX tailored systems)
