The system is repeatedly shutting down and starting again.
Power is coming from the PSU. I think I solved the problem. Disabled core performance boost, and after six hours it’s still running. I’m not sure if that improved system stability, but it seems to be holding up!
Additionally, I attempted to have a friend bring in a 700W Evga PSU, but the problem persisted. This occurred prior to any BIOS adjustments.
So make sure to update. From the 27th to the 29th everything worked well. Both days required around 6-7 hours and there were no problems. The 30th was when the problem reappeared. The system would restart after passing the bios screen. Generally, I can log into Windows within 1-5 minutes before restarts. It then shows a black screen followed by the bios screen and finally logs in again. After looking into the issue, I think it might be related to a VRM problem. The only changes I made in the bios were adjustments to the voltage going to the CPU, which improved stability.
I'm facing the same challenges with this motherboard and R5 3600. I've been looking and it looks like there might be an issue with this specific model if you're willing to return it for repair. Here are some other examples of similar problems:

Excited to see I'm not alone. These posts seem to share the same problem I'm facing. I received the board on June 26th, but it wasn't until July 1st that I noticed an issue. I'm hoping to return it for repair since it barely worked at first. Will keep you updated.
Updating lightly. Planning to return on Tuesday, but this is my most recent troubleshooting fix. Reset CMOS and enabled only XMP profile 1. It enters a boot loop roughly 4-5 times before showing nothing, though the PC stays powered on. I then turned off Precision Boost overdrive and Core Performance Boost. The images show before and after the BIOS change, highlighting differences in voltage and RAM speed. After adjustments, it functioned well. On Thursday the 30th, when boot loops occurred, I simply disabled the settings and it worked. For the new MOBO to face this issue, returning it seems like the safest option, maybe trying an X570 instead. The main reason I purchased this board was its low price—$95 felt too good to be accurate.
