I just completed my initial PC and it’s performing well overall, with only one minor issue. Whenever I power it back on after shutdown, it takes roughly five minutes to reach the login screen. Here are the details of my setup:

I’d also be blaming the HDD here, though I’m just double-checking if the spinning rust was running the operating system.

Thanks for pointing that out. I didn’t catch that final part clearly. I’m not familiar with Linus or the specific issue causing the delay.

Uncertain about MSI... However, both my B660-I and B660-G (both DDR5 boards) need some time to stabilize after powering down. I believe it's mainly memory-related training, while my board will stay on the Memory error LED for perhaps 30 seconds at most. Restarts are quick, but if you're not careful, you might miss the chance to press delete to enter BIOS.
