Hello, I'm seeing brief system pauses when performing certain tasks on Windows 11. Essentially, my mouse freezes briefly for a short period, while audio remains unaffected. This issue appears during video playback from Crunchyroll or Spotify web, but not on YouTube. It occurs with Firefox as well as Edge, though the problem disappears when Spotify isn't active. When I play a song on Spotify, I notice a minor freeze, but refreshing the video page without opening Spotify triggers the issue. I suspect the problem might be related to my audio driver—since I'm using an external DAC and a SoundBlaster XG6. I've completely uninstalled it and the problem persists. Is this typical? Should I be worried? My PC is powerful, with an R7 7800X3D, 4080 MHz, 32GB DDR5 6000 MT/s, and an SSD. Thank you for your attention.

this setup is relatively new and i've faced some issues with it. I recently installed windows and tried to fix odd stuttering in games, but that didn't seem effective. I ran memtest86+ for ten hours to check my ram and got no errors, even with EXPO turned on. I went through all the stability checks OCCT suggested and still saw no problems. My SSD was verified with samsung magician and everything looked fine. Last night i discovered the sfc/scannow command can detect corruption and fix it, though i keep seeing strange system freezes. So honestly i'm not sure what's going on lmao
