No one else seems experiencing major problems with Dirt Rally. It doesn’t even start for me. I’ve tried all known solutions—cleaned game files, reinstalled, used compatibility mode—but nothing helps. The compatibility setting is also unresponsive. When launching via Steam or the .exe, I get a DX11 error message or something similar, indicating issues with Windows and system components like user, windows, or system32. I have DX12 installed, which seems appropriate since it’s the latest version. Everything worked until recently when Windows interrupted the update process for my GPU drivers, deleting them completely. Now I’m left with nothing but a clean install of everything on my OS drive. I’m stuck between Windows, Steam, and a fresh OS setup. If I reinstall, what steps should I follow to get it running again? It’s frustrating.
