I updated my PC and encountered a pop-up screen. It asked about possible issues and whether both RAM sticks need replacement. I also wanted more details about the problem. My system has 8x2GB HyperX FURY DDR3 RAM. Thanks!

Avoid updating the BIOS when there is a problem with RAM; it could damage the BIOS or cause the computer to become unusable.

Consider running a CPU stress test using Prime95 with Small FFTs. Check RAM stability with Memtest86. Links provided for both tools. Let me know if you encounter any issues during testing.

Updating the BIOS only matters if faulty RAM was involved during the flashing process. If bad RAM was used, a corrupted BIOS could result, making further updates unnecessary. There’s no hidden or undetected RAM issue.
