05-28-2016, 09:14 PM #1"Application Popup cannot be found." it might mean the app component isn’t installed or corrupted. you could try reinstalling or repairing that part. if it happened on another machine, save display details with the event. the system reported an ACPI 2 error, and the message resource was present but not found in the table specs. i noticed an old Toshiba hard drive (640 GB) and a 2.5-inch SATA drive (480W 80 Plus Bronze) were involved. everything seems to be working fine with those components. what could be causing this?

05-28-2016, 09:58 PM #2I’d wager on PSU, a GTX 970 works best with a 500-watt unit. Could be a shot—I heard someone on Reddit suggest turning off C-states and enabling power loading, which worked for some users.

06-03-2016, 11:50 AM #4Update quickly, the issue isn't resolved but I found something new. A hardware error in Event Viewer has been detected. The problem involves a PCI Express Root Port Error with advanced reporting. It looks like the system is trying to communicate with deviceCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A39A. I suspect this relates to your GPU and NVMe drive setup. I've attached some photos for reference.
