My machine starts up and gives me access to BIOS when I select Delete. It then attempts to launch Windows 10 but fails. The display becomes blank, then after about a minute the screen turns into a constant baby blue without showing any error. This issue has occurred with components from various times—some are two years old, others only a couple of months. The system has worked well before; I recently shut it down and restarted it this morning but still can't get Windows to load. (NOTE: The M.2 drive used for Windows was damaged or corrupted, so I replaced it and the problem is resolved.)

Remove the battery for a short time. Then attempt again.

I face the same issue again. Are there other options you could try?

Start investigating issues and eliminate the most recently added feature upgrade or update. It seems like a problematic patch was applied.
