Your chip supports x86 architecture, so it could be either 32-bit or 64-bit. For Windows, you need to choose the appropriate version based on your system requirements.

x86 covers a wide range of processors, from the 16-bit chips of the late 70s to modern 64-bit chips. You need a chip that includes the x86-64 extension (often called x64) to run 64-bit applications. Most processors produced over the past decade support this feature. Which CPU model do you own? (core i3,5, i7, pentium, celeron, etc.)

The term .x86 describes an instruction set architecture. There are many x86 processors that aren't 64-bit.

I386 denotes x86 architecture with protected mode capabilities. X86 is not a shortened version of x86-64.
