When I launch Razer Synapse, my devices appear on the dashboard but remain inactive, appearing grayed out with an endless loading spinner. I cannot adjust their lighting settings either. I've attempted to reinstall Synapse, restart my computer, and rearrange the ports, yet nothing has resolved the issue. Anyone have any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums, new member! I would attempt to uninstall the app, then reinstall it manually using the latest version from Razer, running the installer with administrative privileges.
